Fat Balls :
- 2 C Tomatoes-puree in blender,
- 2 C Green Beans-puree in blender,
- l pound Liver-puree ok:
- 3 C Cooked Elbow Macaroni,
- 4 C Cooked Rice,
- 4 Egg Yolks,
- 1/3 Corn Oil,
- 1/3 jar Wheat Germ,
- 2-3 pounds Raw Hamburger.
Mix all in blender, and coJar of Honey, 1 C ingredients and add Chex Cereal or Oatmeal to bind together. Make "meatballs" out of mixture and freeze. Thaw and microwave individual meatballs as needed.
