My 4 mos. old mini daschund, Mini, pees in the house in the same 2 spots all of the time. Is there any way that I can discourage this? We take her outside to go potty ALL THE TIME and sometimes she'll go... and other times she'll spend like an hour outside, not pee, and then come inside to pee. AARG!
