Any time a dog vomits immediately after eating it is wise to wait 24 hours before feeding it again. This gives the stomache some time to rest and readjust. Then it is usually suggested to start out with rice and beef, or something else bland in small amounts. If this is tolerated well then you can resume with his normal food.
