That is horrable- just one thing they should ask, where in the world was the dogs owner and why in the world were the dogs out of the yard in the first place ?? Irresponsible- they should revolk his right to own an animal for his arrogance and irresponsible action of not watching his dogs. We have that here and not to long ago a pack of hounds attacked and severly injured a doe(female deer), the poor thing was torn up -alive. An officer had to put it out of its misery . I dont know what happend to the dogs or owners, but we live across the bridge of where it happend and were thinking what if it had been a child or adult, teen, or elderly person that had been in the deers place. Also we were afread because my younger brother and baby sister play in the front yard - very scary. The people who owned the hounds are very irresponsible, if you go by their place by the park you can hear the dogs yelping(like being hit or kicked) some times and other time you can hear a sprawl go on between some of the dogs. But so many people in our area let their dogs run loose, we thought we had leash laws. There is a sign at the park and I'm sure its city rules- to bad they dont get fined. They should be punished for their dogs actions just as much because its their(the dogs owner/s) fault for not keeping their dog in the yard- I think its crule to the animal due to the chance of the dog getting hit and having a very slow and painful death. To some extent- I guess in some cases -it should be considered animal crulety- so far I've seen a GSP laying on the side of the road- numrous cats(dumping is a big issue around our area), so many dogs impounded and not claimed, puppies in dumpsters along with kittens, animal being used at bait, the list goes on and its sad. I agree and hope he gets charged,
