Also make sure you have the shot record. You will go to a different window to pay for the dog's ticket and show shot record. You have to have her in an airline approved carrier, not the purse kind where she is in the open. You can just go to google and type in pet friendly hotel/motel in each of the states you may need to stay over. I flew with my Yorkie, Zada from TN. back to CA. and they didn't say a word that I kept my little scared sweetie in my lap the entire trip. I had a baby blanket that I just put her under and she was quite relaxed then.
