how do you all feel about dying dogs?

and i mean if people are using SAFE, non-toxic veggie based dye.

i see no harm in it, but i know alot of people are dead set against it.

i did my chihuahua pink a couple times and it was simply adorable. i had to stop though becuase i got too many rude comments walking down the street. (as well as dumb ones! i.e. "is that her natural color?")
plus i couldnt get anywhere in time with her!

i did it for fun and i thought she looked very cute. it didnt harm her at all and she didnt hate getting it done either.
she did some doggy modeling back in te day as well and got gigs from being pink.

so i was just wondering how you all felt about this becuase i know peta went crazy on kelly osbourne for doing her dog pink.
