I don't know, part of me says it doesn't hurt the dog, but another part says why would I ever want to dye my dog different colors... I guess I would not do it myself, and would think it was kind of stupid (sorry this would just be what would come to mind) if I saw one on the street, but I do not think it is horrible.
As long as the pup is fine with the process, then I guess I am ok with it. I saw them putting extensions in Nicole Richie's dog's hair and thought that looked kind of foolish, but it is your pet.
So I guess as long as it causes no harm to the dog, I am ok with it, but would not do it myself.
