Grrr! So mad!

I am so mad right now! My neighbor constantly lets her dogs loose. I've talked to her about it, but she always forgets (I think that I always catch her when she's high off of one of the numerous things she does). Today I took out Slick, Bert, Neptune, and Mitch. I have to go down my street (not passing her driveway) and then cross a street to get to the mushing trail. As I was coming down my driveway, her dogs (2 Aussies, one huge mutt, and a really fat Rottie that can hardly walk) came up my driveway. The Aussies jumped Mitch. I maced the dogs, and my guys just kept running by and ignored her dogs (poor Mitch just turned away and pulled as hard as he could to get away). Her dogs chased us out of my driveway and down the road until they fell behind. As soon as they were far enough away, I checked my guys. Mitch was bleeding pretty badly from around his right eye, and has 3 puncture wounds that I've found (he has a really thick coat). I honestly was scared to go home because I didn't want her dogs to get us again, so I ended up going over the bike trail and cutting through the woods to get home. I doctored him up (luckily, they missed his eye), and he's fine now. I'm just really mad at my neighbor!
The only thing is that last time her dogs attacked someone else's dogs, she promised to pay the vet bills, and then kept procrastinating and finally chased him (the attacked dogs' owner) off of her property when he tried to talk to her about her dogs.
I'm hesitant to tell her about it because I don't know if she will remember (she is addicted to about 5 different pain killers and smokes pot), and I also want to try and stay on her good side since one of my dogs killed her cat recently when it came over. I know that almost all of the people living around us are ready to take her to court because of her dogs, so should I wait until then to talk about what happened, or should I go tell her and hope that she will listen?
