Mellie-Something about growing up w/ my grandparents cocker spaniel has left a bad impression of spaniels, they are suprisingly not overerly abundant in the area as far as rescues.
Shan-It just seems like most I have met are dog ok but not really run and play w/ other dogs type dogs. It seems like if there is a tennis ball around 20 ddogs could be fighting 5 feet away and they would be oblivious.
Cass- I love most setters I have met, but I think they would just be a little over the largest size i would want. Beautiful goofy dogs though.
Schwe-I will def be giving them thought, but they are not overly popular around her and I have not seen many in rescues aroud me.
bb-I have met a couple dif weims in the last few weeks, and they are growing on me.
