Well, let's see... my son's favorite is Mushroom hamburgers.
I make the patties with bread crumbs and egg and seasoned salt then fry them as usual. Near the end I add a can of mushroom soup and flip flop the burgers in the sauce till warmed thoroughly. I usually serve it with mashed potatoes or on occassion with french fries and a tossed salad. He just loves it and will often eat 3 or 4 burgers... teenagers...they have hallow legs.
