Blackie is a Black Lab. He may be mixed with something, but if so, we have no idea what. He seems to have thicker fur than any other Lab I've met, but other than that, he is all Lab. We thought his thick fur was due to the fact that he's always lived outside and has grown a thick coat to help protect them from the elements.
Rose is Blackie's daughter, a Lab/Cattle dog/GSD mix. (Long story involving a stray that showed up one day).

The stink is very noticable when wet, not so much when they are dry. I did also clean their ears and so now they smell like cucumber melon. lol
