This is so sad this happened it my city.
Someone has cut a dogs ears off with a knife.
It really makes me sick how someone would hurt a dog this way. The Canadian laws are terrible for animals. It said in our local newspaper that the dog could have went back to the owner. If they paid for the vet bills. Since the dog is considered property.
The owner has now turned the dog over to the Humane Society. So no fear of them ever hurting this poor boy. They have had hundreds of calls to adopt the dog. I hope he is able to find a great forever home.
