Agreed. There is no other way to get around it. She needs to be seen by a vet ASAP. If you did not have the money to take ONE dog to the vet, you should not have taken on the mother with a litter of puppies. All of those pups need vet care. If one of them is infested with worms, then I can assure you the others are.

Most vets are fine with payment plans, as long as it is not an Emergency Vet. E-Vets I have found (atleast in my area) only offer 'Care Credit', but you have to qualify in order to use it. It's like a credit card, so they check your credit.

Saving up like $20 a week is what I would do. If you cannot afford to take this dog to the vet, you need to turn them into proper authorities (your local shelter/ASPCA), and allow them to give them the care that they need.
