I wouldn't worry to much. My house has been on the market for 9 months.
It is a buyers market, and if a buyer doesn't like what they see they are off to the next house. There are over a hundred homes in my area in the same price range as my house, so they have plenty to look at.
No one has come to see my house for 43 days. Consider your neighbors lucky that they even get someone to look. I knew the market was going to be bad when we put the house up for sale, but I didn't expect this. If I knew then, I would of put my house up for next to nothing to get it sold.
