I have been trying to post for the last hour and keep getting called away from the computer (LOL). I would not listen to the sales agent, she's there to sell the house and get her a commission cheque. If the new neighbours are not dog lovers, they can cause you problems. So it's good that PJ and Tysa are out a small percentage of the time when there is an open house. I wouldn't keep PJ and Tysa outside a lot during the open houses, but if they have to do their business then I would let them out to do that. There are some people who are intimidated by the breed of dogs we choose to own. No matter how well behaved they are and how very rarely they ever bark. Like GSD said "NOT having neighbors isn't always such a bad thing".

It would be nice if the couple with the dobbie moved in.
