I can totally see your points everyone.
While I'll likely keep the dogs in for open houses still (cause it can be annoying with the amount of people in and out), I do think if I see the house being shown, I'll let the dogs out. If they're serious enough for a private viewing, they should understand there'll be Rottweilers living next door.
Besides, if they truly like the house and have any concerns, I'm sure they'd come over and inquire about the dogs and whether or not they are friendly or a nuisance.
