This storm reminds me of the wonderful Clinton inaugural storm....remember that one? That was a wet and windy one. Heck people in Seattle were surfing off Alki.

At least they're not swimming in it...

In all honesty, though, I'm surprised that no one has started looting yet... With wal-mart submerged chest-high in water, you'd think some people would try to "salvage" what they could... Ah well - it's not a bad thing.
Ewwwwww! Don't tip over Mr. Kayak Man! There's poo in them waters!

I'd be scared of looting in those towns, someone would shoot me, LOL. Lots of militia type people there not to mention the very religious, hard working, NRA members

The only thing that struck me as odd with the "Lake Walmrt" picture was the lack of cars, I was looking for antennas since regular cars would be underwater...man that was deep! That store is sooooo busy, I'd figure more people would have gotten stranded there. Wow what a mess! Since the Centralia/Chehalis is such a depressed area, I wonder if businesses are going to make it. Sure Wal-mart will but not certain how small businesses will fair.

I'm obviously in California so how is the water now? I see I-5 is still closed and there will be detours until the bridges have all been inspected.
