The *one* AC officer I saw trying to do anything about the problem got a call from someone that there was a loose dog running around and stopped ME and my LEASHED dogs, practically the only leashed dogs you'll ever find here, and asked if my dogs had been loose, warning me that there is a leash law. Finally I had an opportunity to complain, so I told him where many people let their dogs off and he said he'd check it out.

It PO's me to no end that I have to go out ARMED to take a WALK.

I would try rocks...but unless I were to go into somebody's yard to steal some landscaping rocks, I'd be out of luck lol. I ended up kicking snow at a loose dog yesterday and I think the thought that I was really coming after to him, and that he was caused pain due the fact that this, apparently arthritic dog, had to leap away. At this point, as cruel as it sounds, I really don't care if I end up kicking somebody's dog, or spraying it in the eyes with pepper spray, or terrifying it with an air horn. I just want to take a dang walk.
