Maybe you could talk the price down? When I took in Indi, that ferret kit, they originally wanted $300 for her and everything...that wasn't going to happen. Eventually, out of desperation on their part, I got her and everything for 110$ (and that was only because I bought the cage...they were going to give me her and her things for $60). The had paid $400 for everything.
I hope that little Labby pup finds a good home.
I have the same problem about browsing ads....I know I shouldn't, but I do....

Cass, I thought of you the other day. I was browsing Petfinder and came across a predominately Bull Terrier brown and white puppy. It had the BIGGEST ears I've seen in my life and the biggest bully grin to match them!

I thought, "Oh, Cass needs to get this one!" LOL I can't find it now, so it must have been adopted.
