I took my dogs to a local park because It was so NICE out, about 62 out and slight breeze. They loved It, I was picking up a conversation with a lady that had 3 French Bulldogs. So adorable, she pulled out a little metal dog dish and filled it with Propel? A flavored Water drink, and I was just wondering If this Is healthy? She's there 3x a week with her dogs, and I was wondering If I should question her on It? I bought a bottle (lol) to check the Ingredients and I really dont think It would be a good REAL water replacement. I'm just worried, what If she doesnt give her dogs actual water? I think that may be a real concern, I'm thinking about calling my vet to ask. Or anybody have any articles I could print and show her. I know Its really none of my concern, but I wouldnt want her little dogs getting sick. Not when I can tell her or atleast give some kind of advice. I'm not asking her to listen or do anything I say, but knowing I told her makes me feel less guilty. Like If they got sick, I could tell my self I tried to help her understand the risk
. Though I'd still feel really bad LOL! Probably get all worried, and hide from the dog park for a week or more to avoid conflict with other dog owners there
. I tried google and cant find ANYTHING on letting a dog drink Propel. I give my dogs spring water, (because they sometimes have breathing problems and well water Isnt a good idea for them). Let me know, Thank you!
