No, No and emphatically NO! What gives people the right to recreate what they think is the animal they previously had???? Paying 5 figures or so for a cooked biological nightmare is something that is such a waste of knowledge, money and science it fumes me to no end. Forget the millions of pets abandoned and would die (and do die) for people to adopt them. Let's spend $25thousand bucks to frankenstien rover back to life after he dies. Makes perfect sense to me

The best thing that could happen here is that one of these so-called "pets" somewhere hits a tripwire in their little brain that says, "It's time to eat master!!!" If someone gets killed by one these cloned abominations, that'll put a sock in the whole mess for good!
