Homemade Hypoallergenic diet

My Vet gave me a diet for Emma.( Fish & Potato) She has always had skin issues. I have tried several different food for her nothing seems to help her. Here is the Diet if anyone is interested. If anyone has any other good diets can you please post them. Thanks.

5lbs Cooked potatoes
1lbs cooked fish
2 tsp Calcium carbonate ( 4000mg calcium) unflavored
2 1/2 Tbs Vegetable oil
Dash of salt

Directions: Boil or microwave enough fish to make a pound of cooked fish. Finely chop or flake fish into small pieces. Dice and boil potatoes until tender. Pulverize calcium carbonate. Mix the oil and salt with the potatoes and then add fish. Mix well cover and refrigerate . Feeding guideline listed below. Palatability will increase if the daily portion is heated to approximately body temperature. ( Caution when heating in Microwave, avoid hot spots which can burn the mouth.) Make enough for 4 days for a 30lbs dog.

Breed & Weight Daily Pounds of food
Toy (4-12lbs) 1/3 - 2/3
Small ( 12-20 lbs) 2/3 - 1
Medium ( 20- 50 lbs) 1- 2 1/3
Large ( 50 - 80 lbs) 2 1/2 - 3 1/2
