I have heard that dogs have basically the cognative ability of the average human 2-year-old. Haha, if my experience with my daughter is any test of that theory, dogs are much smarter than that! It seems like my fur babies know exactly what I am saying to them, and they actually listen to my commands, unlike my kids!
