Also, the 'oodle' & 'poo' dogs are not breeds. They're cross breeds/mongrels and you have no way of knowing what their temperament will be like (the parents could have terrible temperaments, despite their breeds).
That is not to say that cross breeds are bad, they make wonderful pets, but not knowing anything about the background of these pups doesn't help. Put that together with what pugdawg has said and it's not looking to good for that puppy in the window.
Perhaps looking for a cairn terrier/poodle mix at your local shelter or at petfinder.com (which is a great resource for those looking for rescue dogs) would be better?
