It's finally let up, but it was nasty here most of the day. They wound up closing the schools, the college etc. If you didn't have chains, they said stay home (which I did, don't have to tell me twice LOL
). I shovelled off and on all day, couldn't hardly keep up. Last night it had rained, snowed, rained, snowed, repeatedly, then turned to just snow around 3am. I was watching some elm trees branches breaking/crashing down while I was shovelling. Yikes. We live near a river, and we are low.. will be interesting this spring when it thaws. We have around 3 or more feet right now.
