I'm glad to hear you're not going to breed him. Not that he isn't ADORABLE, but because Papillons are very difficult to breed without health problems. And using him as a stud before 2 years of age isn't wise, either.. So, I think altering him would be your best bet.
I just love this breed! They are very fragile, which is a downside for me, but my little guy just keeps me laughing.. He's got such personality. Not without his share of temperament problems and health issues, but he handles both very well, and is doing some very basic agility training. (Just got the OK from the vet to start it up very slowly again, he says Ripley's knees aren't that bad) He LIVES for agility, so hopefully when we decide to go for it and neuter him (JFYI he isn't neutered for health reasons and severe sensitivity to anesthesia) his knees can be corrected as well, and we can start competing!
