Oh yes....the puppy zoomies. When I let Lyric out of his crate in the a.m. he tears down the hall which is vinyl flooring and his legs go every which way. Then he turns in the hall, which he can barely fit when he's turning and comes back to make sure I'm coming. (which he knows I am) Then thundering hooves once again, slipping and sliding. Yesterday he fell right down on his side. Then out the door and zoomie on out to pee.

He does the perimeter check too, trotting with this funny little hesitation between his steps, just barely perceptible....looks like an Arabian horse's trot, head held high and extending those legs. I say the word, "patrol" And then when he's doing it, "good patrol." I'm going to teach him that trick just like the Dobermans on Magnum PI. Did you see Higgins saying that....? "Patrol Lads!" LOL.
