I just found out I get to babysit 3 dachshunds from August 15 thru the 20th! That will make 5 dachshunds in my hosue for almost a week! I can't wait. My best friend has the 3 little wieners and she is going on vacation. She was going to kennel her dogs but I begged her to let me babysit. I can't bear the thought of her sweet little pups being in a kennel for that long. She always babysits Bailey and Lucy for me when I leave town and now I get to see what she goes through. My husband and I have opposite days off that week so one of us will be home the entire time to keep an eye on the gaggle of hotdogs. I am sure I will be begging for advise when the puppers arrive. We have play dates every week at the park and my dogs have spent the night over at her house several times but this is the first time they are all going to be at my house. I am praying I won't have any territorial issues. I will have fresh batteries in the digital camera so you all can see the fun we have. Including my two there will be 4 black and tans and one silver dapple. The silver dapple is one of the pups that was rescued along with Lucy. Lucy and the pup "Harley" are practically litter mates and are only two weeks apart.
