Take her to the vet now!
If she's not keeping down water she could become (or perhaps already is) dehydrated, that on top of her having blood in her poop, in my opinion means it's serious.
A lot of vets will work out a payment plan for you if you can't afford to pay the full amount straight away.
But this is not something that should be ignored or waited on.
At the very least call the vet and explain exactly what is wrong and tell them you can't afford to pay for her care in one lump sum. I'm sure they'll work something out.
If not, perhaps you could try a shelter...they may be able to help.
Whatever you do, decide fast and do it now.
