Has his outdoor stools changed? is he even going #2 outside anymore?
have you noticed anything else...increased itching, decreased appetite, lethargy, any change in behavior....
How far apart were these incidents? Can you find any similarities between the nights? like he ate late and went to bed, or he ate really fast, or we had such and such for dinner (and maybe he was given/sneaked some scraps?)
I'd try to gather as much info as I could, and then just give the vet a phone call, explain all the details of each incident and ask if there something you should look for.
If they suspect parvo, worms, or some other ailment, there will be other symptoms etc. They may need a stool sample, etc.
