Wow, talk about being in the right place at the right time! It does make you wonder if it was a neighbor or exactly what the whole story is behind that one.
No one has the right to take anothers dog for any reason.
Too bad the person behind the counter didn't call the owner back while the other woman was still there and then called police. Would have been interesting to hear the whole story on this one!
