Did the loose stool start after you gave the rib bone? Was is cooked or raw? Cooked bones always scare me because they can splinter. Kaopectate (sp?) is really good for upset an stomach as is Pepto (but be caureful because Pepto contains asprin). Any time I have prolonged loose stool or vomiting, I call the vet. It is better to be safe than sorry. You also want to be sure some of the bone didn't get stuck in her intestines. Good luck anf let us know how she is doing. Also, don't feed her for about 24 hours so that her digestive tract can calm down. Yogurt with live active cultures is also good to give after the loose stool stops to replenish the good bacteria in the digestive tract.
