Monday the 5th sounds perfect for me! I start Vacation on the 4th...woo-hooo!!!!!!!! Bailey gets along great with other dogs and does really well off leash on the beach if that is allowed. I can always stick Lucy in her backpack and carry her if she gets scared. That part is easy. I don't know Alki or Whidbey very well but I am willing to venture to either place if I have a good set of directions and a map.
Carrie, I have an extra doggie backpack for your Chi (s) if you want to use one. That might make it easier to control our pack. LOL.
