I agree, the dog needs a vet. It could be any number of things.. if her immune system has been compromised due to bacteria in the rib bone,or something else, the dog may be experiencing a bout with coccidia or giardia, which is difficult to detect, but easy to treat if caught soon enough. It could be the rib bone is not digesting and is causing infection, or obstruction, or it could be food poisoning.
