food for thought- a 2 year old girl climbed an 8 foot privacy fence (tresspassing).
The dog in the fence bit her...
the dog was euthanized and the parents of the girl sued the owners of the dog.
They won....even though she was tresspassing!
im not saying thats the way it should be, but sometimes thats how it is...
criminals have sued over injuries on broken stairs in a house they had robbed and won...
its not right....imo
