My sister has a 4-month old Golden Retriever. He is recently neutered, but whenever he is around my 11-month old American Bulldog, the Golden is constantly mounting my dog. And he's not just mounting - he's trying to hump him. My Bulldog just tries to move away.

Can this be something more than just trying to display dominance? When they play otherwise, they both try to exhibit dominance by pinning, biting the ears, etc. Not sure if we should be worried?
