Lucy was spayed on Tuesday and she seems to be doing alright. I took her to the vet for a quick check on her suture to make sure it was alright. He said it looked a little red and to try to put some neosporin and a bandaid on it (which I can't really cuz she squirms and screams like I'm killing her and I don't have a second person to help me...). Anyways, they said I can take her to obedience classes on Sunday. My main question is: can I take her on walks right now? She needs to get some of her energy out, I feel bad for her. If I can take her on some walks, how long and how far should I go? Any suggestions from your past experiences?
Lucy is a 5mo beagle, just in case that has any part in the answer!
