latest update...... I rang my local vet ( its a public holiday here )
She said to keep her quiet and watch her. Nothing else to do.
I didnt much like that answer so I rang the specialist (so what if he was playing golf my girl is more important )
Actually he was great.. Spent heaps of time explaining to me the stages and the problems with her meds.
Shre has to take lofenoxal for her collapsing trachea and it has atrophine in it which counteracts the heart meds a little.
The upshot is her heart has reached the next stage of failure
He said he has just got a new ultrasound machine that will show us in colour all the flow of blood through the heart and also where damage is worse.
So I think I will have this done as he can then medicate her with accuracy.

Chloe ate tea tonight and seems a little happier so heres hoping for more time with my baby
