I am not sure where to post this thread but hopefully someone will know something about it.
Our almost two year old St.Bernard spayed female (rescued only three weeks ago) became etremely scared
of the cable guy when he was here today. He is dog friendly and squatted down to see her when I let her out of the room. She came charging at him and at the last moment paniced and put the brakes on. She immediately emmitted
the most awful smell. It was so strong
I could hardly stand it. I put her back in the other room and she calmed right down. The cable guy said it was pheromones and sometimes when dogs get really scared :shiver: they release them. Is this true? My internet/cable IS fixed but it took him two tries,...should he go into dog psychology or stick with his day job?
Anyone ever had experience with this?
