GlobalPaw Launches the Help Desk!
Do you need help with the forum? Are you having errors or problems you don't understand and need fixed? Don't ignore them, report them!
We have a new help desk, located at http://www.globalpaw.com/helpdesk.php? Here, you can create a support ticket, explaining your problem, and we'll get on it and fix it as soon as possible. To create a new ticket, simply go to the help desk, and on the left side, under user controls, click "New Ticket" This help desk will soon replace the "Questions" forum as our source of support for the forum. Thanks! |
