Summer is nearly upon us once again down here in the southern hemisphere and I'm not happy about it one bit.
Daylight savings kicked in over this last weekend and not only am I suffering from heat exhaustion from the hot weather (which I keep reminding myself is icy cold compared to Dubai
) my body clock is all muddled up too. Apparently it's 7.49pm, but my brain still tells me it's 6.49pm. 
Oh what fun.

I just got back from NZ, and when I arrived at Sydney Airport I just about died from the HUMIDITY! I felt like I could hardly breath. I miss the lovely cold weather of NZ, with its 5 and 12 degrees of lovely coldness.

 Wow 5 - 12C sounds wonderful. OS is always better, don'tcha think? LOL You'll have to start a thread and tell us all about your NZ trip.  Cass. |

I on the other hand LOVE summer!!!
It's great having extra daylight - no rushing around after work to get to the park before it starts getting dark, no icy cold mornings running around the park - if it wasn't for the flies and the restrictions on having dogs off lead on beaches and the odd stinking hot and/or humid day I'd say summer was absolutely perfect!!! |

Yep, OS is very nice!
... Unless you head to somewhere even MORE humid, like Singapore (though I do love it there, just not the humidity).Oh yeah, I've been meaning to post about my NZ trip. I started writing a post and then got tired of trying to remember everything I got up too. Expect to see it soon though. P.S. How LOVELY is this weather right now! |
