And yet another...
I'm walking on a trail that allows off-leash dogs and cyclists. So we're 20 minutes into the walk and I see a guy with a retractable leash and a prong collar. -Rewind- and I remember KerrieBeth's first post regarding her prong collar/retractable leash idiot. *sigh* Talk about defeating purposes. The poor puppy was trying to sniff Giselle so he skipped ahead of his owner and, of course, his owner let him. Then his owner thought enough was enough so he tried to pull the puppy away. Well DUH the puppy didn't want to move, so he used the 'stop' button and the I could hear the puppy gasping as his owner pulled him away. Is a new fad starting or something?

I wish there were little business type cards I could carry in my pocket that I could give to ppl like that it would read "For the love of your dog that retractable leash is not meant to be used with a prong collar".
