You can buy metal coils made to go around cords. They are bite proof to an extent..you still have to watch your pup around the cords but it makes it harder to get to them for the few minutes you turn your back on your little angel.

I second Barrett on the metal coils.
If you don't get them, what I do is just get all the cords up off the floor. I wrap something around them and tack them to the wall so that they aren't right there for a pup to munch on. Besides the dog ruining your cords, she could be electrocuted. If you can't watch her, I'd suggest you put her in a crate, exercise pen, or puppy proofed room. |

The only sure fire way to get them to stop is to watch them at all times. Get a crate, crate train, and when you can't watch them with 100% of your attention, crate them. When they're out and they chew a cord, correct them, I'm not really big on correcting puppies too much, but if its a matter of life and death, which would you rather do? Correct for the cord and give the "proper" chew toy and praise. Everytime he chews it and you don't catch it, he just got away with it and will do it again.
