Funny housebreaking moments LOL

I was talking to my brother's friend this evening (he's out of highschool, I'm not sure if he's going to college or not). He had just gotten Blue heeler puppy that looked to be about five-six weeks old. She was a tiny little wobbly puppy, but very cute. (Too young to be away from her littermates though, but the damage was already done).
He asked me about her having worms (she was pooping out worms) and I told him he needed to get a dewormer from the vet.
After that, we were talking about housebreaking, and he said that she was doing a very good job. She would do her business outside, and if he saw her about ready to squat inside he'd scoop her up, tell her outside, and then take her outside.

This is where it gets funny. LOL He said that he was in the shower and he had the puppy running around on the floor. She was crying because she couldn't see him, so he was talking to her trying to calm her down. He looked out of the shower to see her, and she was about ready to poop on the floor (which he said was probably why she was crying). He said, "I couldn't take her outside because I was in the shower, but I couldn't let her poop on the floor either!" So he scooped her up and held her over the toilet while she went poo! ROFL

I thought that was pretty quick thinking, actually. lol

Then that made me remember my mom saying she had a friend who taught her cat to go to the bathroom in the toilet so she didn't have to have a litterbox. Pretty interesting.

So has anyone else had any funny housebreaking moments?

This reminds me of a time that my younger sister (she was....five-ish at the time) wasn't feeling well. She started to puke, so she ran outside and threw up in the grass. When my mom asked her why she didn't just go to the bathroom, she said, "You always throw the cat outside when he has to puke!" ROFLMAO! Out of the mouth of babes!

Rep Power: 0 shodge has a good mark in the dog forum.
For the first two months I had Lola it seemed to rain CONSTANTLY. When first housebreaking her and taking her outside a couple of times throughout the night, she started to associate the rustling sound of a jacket with peeing and as soon as she heard my coat, she'd squat and pee on the floor. This was quickly cured by picking her up and then putting on my jacket, or putting the coat on once I was outside, but it was pretty cute. She looked at me like I should be so pleased that she was peeing when she heard the coat!

LOL Ritz! I can just picture him holding that puppy over the toilet!

And ROFL@ your sister! That is too cute!

Hmm, I think the only funny housebreaking moment in my house was when Denali was a puppy. She was trying to get up onto my bed. She put her front paws up, and then tried to just step with her back legs. Well, she must have strained so hard to point she started peeing. LOL I walked by, and saw her trying to get up. Then I heard a trickling noise and ran back to my room only to find her trying to still get up onto my bed, and peeing at the same time. LOL So I said "Boo Boooo!" and rushed her outside. I was lauging the entire time.
