can anyone please help
i really don't know what to do. this may sound stupid to all of you but i never had a dog before. can i just make her wait? she does her cue to go out but wont pee or poo in the back yard. any suggestions please!!!!!!

Keep at it. It's against a dog's natural behaviour to soil the area they live in. I never let my dog soil the yard, I would leash him and take him across the road or around the block...
However, if you insist...you will need to stay out there with your dog as long as it takes. The second they poo or pee you need to praise them lavishly and give them a treat. Soon they will associate potty with getting a snack and some attention. Good luck! |
