how do i stop him from....

Hi everyone, hope you are all well. i havent posted on here for quite a while. I was just wondering if anyone can offer any helpful advice really. Charlie is quite the little gaurd dog, always barks when some one is near the house or at the door ect... We are quite glad about this as it has helped us in the past with naughty people trying to get in to the house for example. Now he is a very passive dog and is great with people when out side in general. NEVER bit anyone and generally goes on his own way. The problem is if he getsout and some one is by the house then he will run up to them ignoring my commands and will bark at them and kind of buts people. At least it looks like that but of course they worry he is going to bit them. I want an end to this behaviour as he does the same with random men while we are out on walks. There is no reason for this as he has never been harmed by a man and he is fine with all my male friends and my dad ect... Im just worried that some one is going to hurt him thinking that he will actually bite them. So if anyone has any hints or advice i would much appreciate it.
