I don't think I said this in any thread here, but I am now a certified small animal specialist at PetSmart (Started training last week, and officially on schedule this week)...And besides the 20% discount on their supplies, one of the dogs also gets free training! (An 115$ value). I am still thinking about who I want to take...Too bad I don't get training for everyone, but I can just use what I learned on everyone else. I think I am going to take Bjorn, he is the most eager to learn and it would actually be fun doing a training class with him...the only problem, he doesn't like men or big dogs...but I think he will get over it.

If I make friends with the groomers, I bet I can get cheap or free grooming on Bjorn as well.

Congrats!! I believe if you go through the training class you get a coupon booklet that has a grooming coupon in it. Trixie's previous owner went through obedience class with her several months ago and they passed along one coupon for a free nail trim to me.

Free nail trim? That would be great...Bradley (Dachshund mix), absolutely HATES his nails being trimmed...He has to wear a muzzle when a stranger is doing it, because he will bite them. He has arthritis, AND allergies, so his paws are very sensitive..I am the only one that can touch them, but I still find it extremely hard to trim them.

Very good! I had to work alone in the small animal/Fish/Reptile section...That was chaos lol. There were so many people yesterday who wanted fish, and certain ones I had to chase around the tanks..Took a while to get everyone's fish. But its pretty good.
