Okay, so why is he peeing ON her?! (Little Guy & Trixie)
The other morning I got up and let all the little dogs out. Trixie hits the bottom of the stairs and immediately starts pooping (typical), and little guy goes over and starts sniffing around her (my thought: "he wouldn't"). Next thing I know, he's lifting his leg and peeing ON Trixie! Wouldn't even stop when I yelled a rapid succession of "no, no, no"! So I, admittedly, laughed my head off, amused family and friends with the story (oh, I cleaned up Trixie, too
), and figured it was a fluke. Until this morning when he did the exact same thing again, again ignoring me clapping my hands and yelling. Is this a dominance thing? Little Guy's been here for at least a month now, so they're all still working out pecking order (Trixie is top dog). He isn't neutered yet (VERY soon, as he's started marking in the house, too), either. What do I do with the little booger? :-) The other funny part is Trixie doesn't even seem to notice he's doing/done it. LOL I had to rinse half her back end off after this morning! lol |

We had a dog at the park attempt to cock it's leg on River one day (needless to say he didn't get very far because I was pretty quick off the mark to get rid of him) and sort of figured it was a dominance thing as this dog is one of 5 belonging to an elderly couple and he's very much leader of what we call the brat pack. The little bugger even tried to pee on my sister once too

It sounds like a territorial marking issue. The best thing I have found for something like this is Happy Jack Dog Diapers. You can find them here: Happy Jack Best Dog Diapers - belly wraps with the non-slip strap
