Thumbs down Bear Only Eats Inside

Everytime I give bear food outside he wont eat it outside.Ill let him be out for a few hours then check back and he still hasnt drink or eaten a thing.Then when I bring it inside he'll eat like a pig.Ive tried feeding him by hand outside but he doesnt care to eat it.I dont know what to do.Can someone please give me advice ?

Because he usually spills his bowl over even though ive tried about 6 different dog bowls that guarenteed it wont spill over.

My old Foxy the Dog always dumped her bowl. That was her thing. If it bothers you, and you don't want to put dog food on the floor, you could put a plastic placemat down. There's no rule that says you have to feed your dog out of a bowl

Yea lol I should do that.When my puppy spilled his food he ate it all on the floor.But Ill put it on a placemat and see how it all works out thanx!
