Walmart halts sale of dog treats
Just wanted to let everyone know if they haven't seen the news today.
Wal-Mart has stopped selling two brands of dog treats from two different Chinese importers, though it hasn't announced a recall. Customers complained the treats made their dogs sick. One woman claims they killed her Chihuahua. Link to news about the treats. Not a big surprise where they were made.  We really need to stop buying from China. Dog food, kids toys and so much more. Thanks for the info! I usually buy all my treats where I get my dog food but I think this thread could be helpful to many! I also try to stick to as close to natural as I can get when it comes to the kids treats.

Thanks for posting !! We started buying natural made treats as well. The 2 bags we bought seem to be a big hit with the puppers, so we'll continue to buy them. One is Peanut Bits by Pro Pak and the other are little health bars, from California Naturals- the dogs seem to really love them !

pretty funny I'd never buy dog treats from Walmat but I buy my own food there all the time!(too lazy to drive into the burbs on the weekend)
